Safety Devices are pleased to be exhibiting at DVD Show on 25 - 26 June 2014 at Millbrook Proving Ground, Bedfordshire.

DVD2014 brings together Industry and Defence in the land equipment sector to develop ideas and generate greater understanding of technologies, capabilities and requirements.

Commissioned by BAE Systems and the British Army, Safety Devices will be displaying a 6x6 Pinzgauer soft-top with complete roll over protection on its stand.

The Pinzgauer, originally manufactured in Austria, is a formidable workhorse, an all-terrain truck built to cope with the most difficult conditions. Although designed to carry goods and equipment, increasingly it is used for transporting troops.

Safety Devices has developed its own demountable roll over protection structure to protect occupants back and front incorporating driver and front passenger escape hatch and spare wheel mount.
