Safety Devices leases property in Newmarket Back to results

Denmark House, a 42,000 sq ft warehouse in Newmarket, Suffolk, has been leased to internet delivery company, Hermes Parcelnet.  The premises were purchased by Safety Devices in July 2012, originally for the Company's own occupation, but following negotiations with the tenant, Safety Devices has decided to seek consent to develop an adjoining site owned by the Company.

Safety Devices’ Managing Director, Gavin Davidson, says “We are pleased to have leased this excellent building to Hermes, although a little disappointed that our focus now turns back to finding new premises for ourselves to support the next phase of the Company’s growth”.
