Heavy Duty ROPS / Roll cage number T107. 14 point multi-point bolt-in external / internal ROPS (Roll Over Protection System).

Clears standard trim and dashboard.
"Y" Bracing in B hoop.
Fits both 8 and 9 seater versions.
Includes bespoke mountings for OEM roof rack and additional brackets for spot lights and beacons.
This ROP offers protection for the first 2 rows of passengers.
For standard vehicles without a sunroof.
Compatible with Toyota factory fitted snorkel.
Compatible with the 3rd row of seats in either the front facing or the sideways facing positions.
Not suitable for vehicles with curtain airbags.
Certification currently in progress.

This ROPS does not fit the LC 200 VX as the VX has double air conditioning, i.e. air conditioning in the rear compartment as well as the front.

We strongly recommend fitting the roll cage padding kit when installing this roll cage.

Available as a full cage only.

Padding options:

RBT107 PAD - 4x4 roll cage protective padding.
Specially formulated polyurethane flame retardant padding kit of 55 Shore hardness. Kit covers all internal roll cage components above shoulder height.

Technical Specification:

Finished internal roll cage provided with grey powdercoat paint finish unless specified otherwise. Other colours available: grey, silver, white and red. Roll cage can be provided unpainted by special request.
Finished external roll cage provided with black powdercoat paint finish unless specified otherwise. Other colours available: grey, silver, white and red. Roll cage can be provided unpainted by special request.
