Description:

ROPS/roll cage number I005.  Clears normal trim and dashboard, mounts to body shell at 16 locations, includes 2 additional seatbelt tags, spare wheel mounting on rear hoop and additional brackets for spot lights and beacons. This ROPS offers protection for all passengers and includes Safety Devices trademark flexible linkage system to minimise vehicle body fatigue. For standard vehicles without sunroof, air intake snorkel, hard top, load liner, interior roof console or GPS antenna/dome.

Full options:

  •   RBI005 7SSS - Full external/internal bolt-in ROPS.
    May be used alone.

Padding options:

  •   RBI005 PAD - Specially formulated polyurethane flame retardant padding kit of 55 Shore hardness.
    Kit covers all internal roll cage components above shoulder height.

Technical Specification:

  •  Finished internal roll cage provided with grey powdercoat paint finish unless specified otherwise. Other colours available: grey, charcoal grey, silver, white and red. Roll cage can be provided unpainted by special request.
  •  Finished external roll cage provided with black powdercoat paint finish unless specified otherwise. Other colours available: grey, charcoal grey, silver, white and red. Roll cage can be provided unpainted by special request.
