Description:

ROPS/roll cage number T079.   Lightweight ('General Purpose') external/internal bolt-in ROPS for industrial use.

  • Mounts to body shell at 15 locations.
  • Clears standard trim and dashboard. 
  • Includes 2 additional seatbelt tags. 
  • Allows use of existing spare wheel mounting on rear body and includes additional brackets for spot lights and beacons.
  • Includes mounting brackets for Safety Devices roof rack RRL245 (available separately).
  • This ROPS offers protection for all passengers and includes Safety Devices trademark flexible linkage system to minimise vehicle body fatigue.
  • For standard vehicles without a sunroof or non-Toyota/after-market snorkel.
  • Do not use central rear seat unless a 3 point safety belt is installed.

  •   RBT079 7SSS - Full external/internal 'Lightweight' multi-point bolt-in ROPS.
    Available as a full cage only. Do not use central rear seat unless a 3 point safety belt is installed.

Padding options:

  •   RBT079 PAD - Specially formulated polyurethane flame retardant padding kit of 55 Shore hardness.
    Kit covers all internal roll cage components.

Technical Specification:

  •  Finished ROPS provided with black satin powdercoat paint on external components and grey powdercoat paint on internal components unless specified otherwise. Other colours available: silver, white and red (there is a surcharge for colours other than black and grey).
  •  ROPS can be provided unpainted by special request (no reduction in price).
  •  Installation time per ROPS: 1 experienced person = 20 hours.
  •  All installation fixings, nuts and bolts are included.
