New Development - Mitsubishi Pajero 4th Generation ROPS

Safety Devices has developed an external/internal ROPS for the Mitsubishi Pajero 4th Generation (2006 onwards). Mitsubishi designed and built the Pajero incorporating rally winning technology developed and tested in the toughest race in the world, the Dakar Rally, in which the Pajero has won the championship 12 times, with seven straight wins from 2001 to 2007.

  • Includes additional brackets for spot lights and beacons
  • Offers protection for the first 2 rows of passengers
  • For standard vehicles without sunroof, air intake snorkel or GPS antenna/dome
  • Added protection available with specially formulated polyurethane flame retardant padding kit of 55 Shore hardness. Kit covers all internal roll cage components above shoulder height (product code RBU045PAD)
  • Standard general purpose version currently being developed
