Matthew Thompson wins 2011 UK Young Rally Driver of the Year Back to results

Matthew Thompson has been competing since he was 14, when he was the youngest ever holder of an MSA rally licence.  2011 sees Matthew move in to a new stage in his rallying career, winning the Professional MotorSport World Expo 2011 UK Young Rally Driver of the Year.

The young driver's Nissan Micra, which has won a 'Best Prepared Car' award, is equipped with a Safety Devices' Nissan Micra roll cage.
