Description:

Roll cage number N046. Light weight 18 point multi-point bolt-in cage. Front triangulated subframe mounts, dashbar, rear cage has cross diagonal, upper and lower back stays, tunnel brace, harness bar and roof diagonal, double door bars. Optional forestay (Petty bar) is available for right hand drive cars only (cannot be ordered as an after-market item).

From March 2022 an alternative front cage will be available (RBN0463SMUR-B / RBN0463SMUL-B) to include new floor brace as required by Mini 7 regulations.

Front options:

  •   RBN046 3SMUR-A/L-A - Front cage with triangulated subframe mounts, dashbar, roof diagonal. State whether left hand or right hand diagonal is required
    Must be used with the rear cage.
  •   RBN046 3SMUR-B/L-B - Front cage with triangulated subframe mounts, dashbar, roof diagonal and floor brace. State whether left hand or right hand diagonal is required
    Must be used with the rear cage.
  •   RBN046 FST - Front triangulation.
    Must be used with the rear cage.

Rear options:

  •   RBN046 5SMUL - Rear cage with cross diagonal, upper and lower back stays, tunnel brace and harness bar. For use with left hand drive roof diagonal.
    May be used without the front cage.
  •   RBN046 5SMUR - Rear cage with cross diagonal, upper and lower back stays, tunnel brace and harness bar. For use with right hand drive roof diagonal.
    May be used without the front cage.

Door Bar options:

  •   RBN046 DSUN - Unique double door bar, near side (left hand side).
    Must be used with the front and rear cage.
  •   RBN046 DSUO - Unique double door bar, off side (right hand side).
    Must be used with the front and rear cage.

Other options:

  •   RBN046 FRST - Optional forestay (Petty bar) for right hand drive cars only. Cannot be ordered as an after-market item.
    Must be used with the front and rear cage.
  •   RBN046 FBK - Retrofit kit containing LH front leg, RH front leg and floor brace to allow older RBN0463SMUR/L cages to be updated to new Mini 7 regulations

Padding options:

  •   Part number TBC. - Motorsport roll cage protective padding (FIA homologated).
    FIA homologated black roll cage padding, size specific to the external thickness of this cage's tubing, 600mm length.
  •   RBPUPADC16MMBLK - Motorsport roll cage protective padding.
    Moulded polyurethane black padding, 16mm thickness, 1000mm length. Not homologated.
  •   RBPUPAD9MMBLK - Motorsport door bar protective padding.
    Moulded polyurethane black roll cage padding, 9mm thickness, 1000mm length. Not homologated.

Technical Specification:

  •  Finished roll cage provided with black powdercoat paint finish unless specified otherwise. Other colours available: grey, silver, blue, white and red (additional cost for a colour other than black).
  •  Roll cage can be provided unpainted by special request (no reduction in price).
  •  Weight of total assembly: 29kgs
